  Aircraft Warning Device (Sphere) -  visual marking of overhead power lines crossing fjords, valleys and rivers or generally where there is a need to make power lines visible to aircraft and helicopters. The Warning Spheres marker ball are attached on the uppermost conductors, shieldwires or on the top of power line towers. The warning device consist of two hemispheres attached to the overhead conductor by two bolted clamps. The key element of the Warning Sphere is UV and ozone resistant material polyethylene. The special installation mechanism allows a single linesman to easily install the Warning Sphere.
